Networking of National Mensas

Three steps would improve our ability to share best practices between NMs. In fact – most of us face similar problems and development tasks.

 

We have created list of 18 departments: Activities, Development, SIGs, PR, Magazine, IT support, Testing, Science, Gifted Children, Legal, Membership, Troubleshooting, Elections, Economy, Internal audit, SIGHT, Professional cooperation, Volunteers. 

For each department we will create the table of responsible and engaged people and their contacts. They should speak English and be willing to cooperate.

 

For each department creating the list of activities that can every NM responsible person edit, write about their projects, plans, experiences or questions. When we would like to start up anything in our NM, we would initially read these pages and try to find good solution there.

 

The chance to meet local coordinators from other Mensas. On each IBD and EMAG we could announce one department, let the people coming on their own expenses and provide a conference room for them. This type of meeting international SIGHT coordinator organized at IBD 2011 in Sophia with great success. The PR responsible already met in Novi Sad 2015.

 

 

There are no barriers to realize it, we will use affordable platforms and we can start soon with gradual connecting people.
